📜 King & Co. Refund Policy (Final, Absolute, and Non-Negotiable)

1. All Sales Are Final

By purchasing any service, program, package, subscription, or engaging King & Co. through a signed agreement or Power of Attorney (POA), the Client acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final.

King & Co. does not offer refunds, either full or partial, once services have commenced.

Commencement of services includes, but is not limited to:

• Opening a Client file

• Performing any intake, consultation, planning, or document preparation

• Making contact with any third party on behalf of the Client

• Pulling or reviewing the Client’s credit, financial, or public records

• Submitting any application, dispute, or communication to a third party

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Client agrees that no refund will be issued under any of the following conditions:

• Client dissatisfaction with credit score results or financial outcomes

• Client dissatisfaction with loan, credit card, vendor, or property approvals

• Changes in Client’s personal financial situation or decision to withdraw

• Client failure to provide required documents, communication, or cooperation

• Client’s unilateral revocation of services or Power of Attorney

• Client misunderstanding of the services despite all information provided

Results are never guaranteed due to the independent nature of credit bureaus, lenders, and financial markets.

3. Service Termination

In the event King & Co. terminates services due to:

• Non-cooperation

• Fraudulent activity

• Abuse or harassment toward staff

• Violations of agreements

The Client remains responsible for all fees paid up to the point of termination.
No refunds will be issued for any terminated Client under any circumstances.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Client expressly agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback or payment dispute against King & Co. under any circumstances.

In the event a chargeback is initiated:

• King & Co. reserves the right to pursue full legal action for breach of contract.

• Client shall be responsible for all related legal fees, administrative fees, and collection costs.

• King & Co. may report the Client’s unpaid balance to credit bureaus as a legitimate outstanding debt.

Client acknowledges this refund policy serves as evidence to payment processors, banks, and courts that no chargeback is authorized.

5. Modifications

King & Co. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without notice.
Such modifications shall not affect transactions already completed under previous terms.

6. Acceptance of Policy

By purchasing services, signing an agreement, executing a Power of Attorney, or otherwise engaging King & Co., the Client agrees to and accepts this Refund Policy in full.

Client waives any future rights to dispute payments or demand refunds related to any service provided by King & Co.
